One can apply for Life Membership trained in Neurological Sciences with a DM, DNB, or MCI-recognised foreign equivalent degree. Applications will be acknowledged and approved by existing life members of NAO, with final approval from the Executive Committee. Life Members enjoy privileges such as receiving the society journal, voting, contesting for posts, and presenting papers at conferences.
One can apply for Associate Membership if he/she is a practitioner in neurological sciences (excluding neurology/paediatric neurology) or a postgraduate student in related specialties. Applications will be acknowledged and approved by existing life members of NAO, with final approval from the Executive Committee. Associate Members can participate in society activities, scientific meetings, present papers, join discussions, and publish their work in the journal.
